A recipient must be present at the time of delivery.
We are not responsible for unattended deliveries or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Unfortunately we cannot accept changes or cancellations after an order is placed. As soon as you order, we set aside materials and supplies specifically for your order. Any changes affect our inventory and helium. Which then may prevent us from fulfilling other orders.

Foil (Mylar) balloons typically remain afloat for up to five days when filled with helium. Our latex balloons are treated with a professional longevity solution and, when filled with helium, will stay afloat for up to 2½ days.
